Meet our CEO

Jasmine Mitchell is a hardworking, God-fearing woman from Miami, FL. She created Chocolate Creations in 2016, starting as a hair line. From there, she continually follows the visions God provides her with. She is a recent graduate, licensed  Master  Cosmetologist and current ambassador of Empire Hair School. She aspires to create a multi-millionaire beauty collection and start a school to teach others the study of cosmetology. .
